It seems to me that this is not a problem with the SAP Single Sign-On product. In order to investigate further, some logs from the systems have to be provided and investigated. So, once you create the CSS about your problem and provide logs form the systems as part of the CSS message, colleauges will be able to investigate what is the problem.
