We are running portal version 7.31 SP7.

I am working on getting Wireshark installed, so I can trace the network traffic.

I will try to ask for an alias in the old domain.

Btw. is it necessary to have service user and SPNs in both root- (old-domain.com) and sub-domain (global.old-domain.net) in the old domain? We will only have users logging on from the sub-domain.
